The PSER Survey - Punjab Social Economic Registry - was launched by the Punjab Government to collect data of deserving families. The idea was noble: help the poor, support the needy, and make sure benefits reach the right people. But the ground reality is telling a very different and painful story. My Friend’s Story: My friend worked in the PSER survey team. From day one, he gave his 100%. In his group, he completed the most houses. Whatever target the company gave, he always did more than that. During Ramzan, he worked in extreme heat while fasting.
